We mainly work with B2B companies, providing fractional Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) services to drive sustainable revenue growth. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive Associate Advisor to join our team.
Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive Associate Advisor to collaborate with our team on various fractional CRO projects. The ideal candidate is currently working as a fractional sales consultant with 3 to 5 years of experience and is looking to broaden their impact by working alongside a seasoned CRO. This role requires a strategic mindset, a passion for revenue growth, and the ability to execute sales initiatives effectively.
Key Responsibilities:● Collaborate with the lead Fractional CRO (Company Founder & President) on client engagements, providing strategic sales insights and support.● Assist in developing and implementing go-to-market strategies tailored to each client’s business model.● Drive sales initiatives, including pipeline management, CRM optimization, sales process automation, and revenue growth strategies.● Work closely with clients to identify sales opportunities, track key performance metrics, and deliver actionable insights.● Provide hands-on support in executing sales strategies, including outreach, prospecting, and relationship building.● Manage client interactions professionally, representing GTMpact Solutions in meetings, presentations, and client communications.● Contribute to the development of sales training materials, best practices documentation, and other resources as needed.
Qualifications:● 3-5 years of experience working as a fractional sales consultant or advisor or in a similar capacity as a B2B sales leader.● Proven track record in B2B sales, revenue growth, CRM optimization, and go-to-market strategy.● Strong familiarity with sales processes and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).● Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to present complex strategies in a clear and actionable manner.● Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of taking direction while working independently.● Strategic thinker and quick learner with hands-on execution skills.● Experience collaborating with executive-level stakeholders is a plus.
